Actually, Urine is sterile within the body. As soon as it touches the external genitalia it picks up all the bacteria that collects in that area, and the constituents of urine very nicely feed the bacteria.

That being said, piss drinking holds no appeal to me, along with watersports in general. But I respect to no end those brave enought to venture into that realm.
