Information on the Society

The Society is made up of 4 dual-track levels. For each Level, there are two tracks: one for Taskers and one for taskees.

ALL participants regardless of experience level, begin at Level 1,,, as a wise man says,,, everyone can ALLWAYS learn something !!

Participants may only view the track in which they participate: in other words,,, taskees may not view the Taskers area and vice versa,,, This is designed to allow maximum comfort and openness within each Level and track,,, Tasking Coordinators and Administrators will be able to view all areas as they need access to do their job,,, general forums, chat and writer's block staff will not.

There are a total of 3 types of participants in the Society:
1. Tasking Coordinators: These are non-participants whose responsibility it is to moderate, coordinate and maintain the Levels & tracks within the Society. TC's may post into participants' threads as needed, and may also create & modify tasks and Level requirements. TC's do not take an active role in deciding who does which tasks. TC's are neutral parties who are there to facilitate the success of the Society. Any questions or issues in a certain track or level should be directed at the appropriate TC first to give them a chance to fix the issue.

2. Taskers: Taskers are one of the two tracks within the Society. Taskers will be learning the art & nature of task creation,,, In the various levels, they will be creating tasks, learning how to do progressive tasking, and may even design tasks that are used elsewhere in the Society,, Taskers will be learning how to create a tasking program for short and long term growth and specific needs of their partner,,, as well as to reach certain targets or training needs,,,
Taskers will have their own thread in each Level and will be responsible for posting tasks and programs as each level requires,,,
Taskers will NOT directly task to/with taskees nor be able to view taskees or their progress. The Taskers track is primarily designed for those of the Dominant or Top variety,,, though anyone may participate.

3. Taskees : Taskees are the other track within the Society. Taskees will be learning how to task, the benefits of tasking, and a lot of new and interesting things about themselves,,, Taskees will be responsible for completing tasks within each level and posting their thoughts about the tasks in their thread,,, Taskees will have the choice which tasks to perform and will never be pressured to do something they are unwilling or uncomfortable or unable to do,,,
Taskees will have the benefit of a private area with no interference or outside viewing. Taskees within each level will each have their own thread in which they will be able to post their thoughts and comments,,,
The Taskees track is primarily designed for those of the submissive/slave or bottom variety,,, though anyone may participate.

Note: Switches may participate in one or both tracks,,, However, they will be responsible for completing the same milestones and requirements in each track at each Level as Taskers or taskees,,,

How to Join:
1. Read the Guidelines Sticky & Information above.

2. Each participant must identify as Tasker or taskee or both.
If a participant chooses to identify as both, they will need to fulfill the requirements at each level separately and will be treated as a Tasker or taskee independently within each group.

3. Post a request to join the Society into the appropriate sticky thread in Level 1 (Tasker or taskee) and an Administrator will give you access!

4. Once within Level 1 of the Tasker or taskee section, follow the instructions as posted and… above all… HAVE FUN!

If you have any questions, feel free to ask a Tasking Coordinator or Admin at any time!
