How do i make myself think more positive and less negative thoughts. as just right now everything has gone wrong that could go wrong for me and Master. My Master was made redundant (laid of work) 2 weeks ago and Master is the age that he wont be going back to work. Also i am applying for a visa so that i can live with Master perm and not temp. I keep on having negative thoughts that it will be rejected as some of the information that they have asked for i have not got to give to them.
