Have the best time in Tampa! I've heard of that pirate festival - it sounds like a blast!

I've never been to Tampa before but it's gotta be great just 'cause it'll be warm & sunny & snowless. Some of the guys from work down there told me about this big pirate festival thing they do every year, supposedta be like Mardi Gras but with pirates - how can that be anything but cool?? Plus it's my b-day weekend, so I'm treating myself. It's gonna be great!
