Hi rikki, got your visitor message. Thanks very much for the recommendation! Roadrunner
hello roadrunner. i hope i am not bothering you. i want to be a writer too some day. i like adventure stories. but i read this really great book by Dorothea Brande. it is called Becoming A Writer. and it doesn't say stuff about language or spelling or grammar or structure like other books about that i have seen. it says stuff about how it is inside you when ou write. anyway it is too complicated for me to explain in english, you can buy the book on amazon if you want to. what i really wanted to say was this: mrs. brande says if you don't get on in your story you have to do this.when you wake up in the morning the very, very first thing you do is you take a notebook and write for half an hour. it doesnt matter at all what you write, and you should never let anybody read it because than you will be all afraid of what you write and how people might think about it. it is only for you. perhaps not even for you. its so your unconscious mind can kind off like stretch its legs. you do that for every day, every morning, for some time, and you will be able to write again. i tried it, i do it for every morning for three months now, and it is really great. it helps so much. you probably have heard about this before, but if you havent i thought you might want to try it. anyway, good luck with your writing. rikki
