You know what?....its ok to come to a screeching halt....theres no point going on if its not working...thats being untrue to yourself and yours. Utilise the time to talk it through....try different ways....as you move forward comfortably you will learn to control your fears and angst. Baby steps and lots of trust and re assurance. There no hurry to get to the finish line......enjoy the journey and learn and grow with the experience *hugs*
