I have been ordered by my mistress to make a post on this forum to tell everyone that they can reply with punishments and humiliating things for me to do. It is a combination of things which has led to this punishment. What tipped me over the edge was saying no to her when she asked me to put a beer bottle in my ass. I thought it would be too painful, and it was when she forced it up there but i deserved it as do i this punishment.
