I'll be posting my assignment in a few minutes. I chose to do a follow up to my first assignment, or actually TWO follow up chapters. The three 'items' that I had to include are in the third chapter, which is after the double lines of dashes; the story will officially be broken up into two chapters once I submit them to the main page.

Janice hobbled behind Mr. Cutler's maid, barefoot, her ankles linked together with four inches of chain.
"Hurry up, Miss Gardner. We have a long night ahead of us," gloated the maid, with a hint of a sadistic glee evident her smile. "Mr. Cutler doesn't like it when my assignments are not completed on time." She tugged on the red nylon leash locked to Janice's new collar, and the slave stumbled forward.
Tears streamed down Janice's face as she thought about her evening. She had shown up at her boss' mansion hoping to sort out a misunderstanding, and instead had been raped, shackled, gagged, and collared. She followed the nameless maid, unsure of what lie in her future.
Through the mansion, the mistress and the slave walked. The quick pace and hobbled steps made Janice's feet hurt. She paid as much attention to her surroundings as she could, hoping that the knowledge would help her escape. The mansion had ornate carvings and expensive decorations littering the walls, but breaking the consistent decor were metallic strips which ran across nearly all doorways and arches. A long hallway led from Mr. Cutler's den to a fully equipped and occupied kitchen, with a cold and hard . Five woman were diligently scrubbing, rinsing, and polishing the metallic pans and aluminum counters. Janice's eyes went wide with shock as she realized each of the women were wearing collars, cuffs, and ball gags, much like herself.
It appears I am not the only woman Mr. Cutler has forced into servitude. Is this all just so Mr. Cutler can clean his fucking mansion?
She stopped and gazed at a young red-headed woman sitting in the corner, gagged and shackled just as her coworkers were. Unlike the others, the young woman was sitting down and crying, her sobs muffled by the red ballgag that stuffed her mouth. Her height, face, and pristine skin gave the impression that she was no older than twenty; Janice wondered how a girl so young could have crossed Mr. Cutler.
"I did not say you could stop, did I, Miss Gardner? What those women do with their time will be of no concern to you." The maid tugged harshly on the leash, and Janice stumbled out of the kitchen.
The young girl's sobs could still be heard as Janice and the maid reached a large steel door. Near the handle was a large keyhole, which the maid unlocked with a key that hung from her necklace.
"Now, little girl, I will need to unlock your leg chains so you can walk down the stairs. Will you promise to behave if I undo the chains?" The maid stared directly into Janice's eyes. For the first time, Janice took note of the maid's facial features and realized that she was not nearly as old as Janice had originally thought. While her hair had gone fully gray, it was not indicative of the rest of her appearance; her skin was smooth, her hair had a healthy sheen, and even through she wore a traditional maid's uniform, Janice could tell she took good care of her body. Better than that, in fact; the exposed parts of her arms and legs had quite a bit of muscle tone to them.
Janice nodded in compliance. She knew that the maid was somebody to be afraid of, but she also knew that she might soon be presented with an opportunity to escape. There was simply no way Janice would let Mr. Cutler get away with what he did to her.
The maid bent over and unlocked the leg chains. The pair went down the thin metallic stairs together. Janice wondered why the stairs felt so shoddily built, but the thoughts were quickly dispelled; there were more important things to worry about.
The stairs emptied into a well-lit octagonal room. In the center of each wall was a wide, metal door with a large handle and small viewing window. Three of the windows beams of yellow light shining through them, illuminating a small patch of the cold, concrete basement floor. Janice struggled against the leash to move closer to the doors to peek in, but the maid tugged her towards one of the dark doors.
In the center of the door was a sleek silver handle and a numeric keypad. The maid flipped a switch next to the door, entered a code, swung the door open, and pulled Janice into the dark room, making sure to leave the door open behind her.
The basement room was littered with seemingly random objects. Wooden bars. Hooks on the walls. Chains dangling from the ceiling. A video camera on a tripod. Seemingly random abscesses and sinks built into the floor. A large wooden block. Long metal tubes. A toilet on the floor and a urinal mounted into the wall.
Then Janice noticed the dildos- dozens of dildos strewn across the floor, of all shapes, sizes and colors. The dildos want far beyond the limited experience that Janice had with her own Rabbit; their bumps, grooves, textures, multiple heads, and nearly impossible sizes scared Janice, as she knew that she would soon be their sole recipient.
Now, viewing the room once again, this time with the sexual connotations of the dildos fresh in her mind, Janice was terrified. The room was clearly a sexual torture chamber; the rack, cross, chains, rods, and whips all had but one nefarious purpose. No! I won't let that happen to me... not again!
Without hesitation, Janice lifted her right leg, and planted a firm kick in the maid's back, sending her stumbling against the wooden saw horse in the middle of the room. She turned around and ran for the stairs, her bare feet stinging as they slammed against the harsh concrete of the basement floor. As Janice ran, she heard the claps of the maid's heels against the floor, signaling that the chase was on.
Janice was almost at the base of the stairs when, once again, the maid caught up with her. She planted a swift kick to Janice's back. Janice fell to the floor, face first, her breasts smashed and parted against the cold concrete floor. She whimpered a muffled yelp through her ball gag.
"Once again, you have defied me, Miss Gardner. I am looking ever the more forward to fulfilling Mr. Cutler's requests." The maid was now grinning more than ever. She grabbed Janice's hair and dragged her into the prison room, closing the door behind her. The maid used the scattered chains to bind Janice to the floor, with her arms and legs each bound to a different eyebolt. Her ass was raised above one of the small abscesses and drains in the floor.
As Janice struggled against the chains and squirmed her naked body against the cold concrete floor, the maid walked over to video recorder and began adjusting the tripod. Once the camera was set-up at an upper side view of Janice's prone and naked body, the maid took a microphone attachment from the side, hit the play button, and began to speak.
"June 12th, 1997. Mr. Cutler has requested that I, his faithful Mistress, be in charge of his newest acquisition, one Miss Janice Gardner. At Mr. Cutler's behest, I am to plan, supervise, and record the sexual degradation and torture of Miss Gardner, as a gift for his recently imprisoned nephew."
Sexual torture! No... no... what have I done to deserve this? Tears began to stream down Janice's face as she realized that she truly was at the mercy of the sadistic Mr. Cutler and his Mistress. With all her might, she tried to break the chains that bound her to the floor, but it was no use.
The Mistress laughed at her struggling prey. "Punishing impudent little girls like you is the best part of this job, Miss Gardner. Mr. Cutler and I both prefer it when you struggle, because it gives us justification to punish you more." The smirk on Mistress' face as she slowly walked towards her prey scared Janice. "I wonder how... experienced... you are, Miss Gardner. Your basement neighbors will probably be greatly interested in giving you a whirl once you are ready." The Mistress bent down and gathered an armful of the toys that were strewn over the floor. She lifted up her skirt and slid on a red double-headed strap on dildo, with each head having many large bumps along their lengths. "But first, I think you need to be punished more directly for your escape attempts." She grabbed the hem of her skirt with both hands, lifted it up, and rested the front on the base of her strap-ons.
Janice looked over the Mistress as she walked from the camera to Janice's rear. The older woman wore long black stockings, which were held up with garters and a black lace garter belt. Her skin was very nearly pure white, but smooth. The tone and health made it clear that spent very little of her long life outdoors.
Was she at one point like me? An innocent woman that became ensnared in a trap?
Janice's thoughts were interrupted by searing pain from her loins as the Mistress penetrated her with both dildos. The pain came in one sharp and violent thrust, after which the mistress calmly rested, the dildos still impaling Janice.
"You've been a very bad girl, Miss Gardner, and you deserve every last bit of this. Over the years, you may feel as if you didn't deserve this, as if this is some nightmare that you will one day wake up from. I'm telling you now, you stupid little girl, that everything will be a lot easier once you learn to accept your new role in life." The assault began in earnest, with the Mistress pulling in and out, fast and deep, without lubrication.
'Over the years'! Please, God, let this be some cruel joke! For the first time since her Confirmation nine long years ago, Janice prayed. She flew through the Lord's Prayer and the Hail Mary, hoping that the searing pain would subside.
Salvation did not come for her that night.
"Huhhhuhu! Hrrmmmmm... mffffff. Mfffff." Janice screamed into her ball gag, but the Mistress merely responded with deeper thrusts. After what felt like hours, Janice no longer had the will or strength to resist, and she let her moans quiet. The only sounds in the concrete torture chamber were the whir of the video camera and rhythmic slap of the Mistress' thighs against Janice's rear.
Some time after Janice went quiet, the pounding of the dildos slowed down and stopped. Janice could hear the Mistress' heavy breaths as she leaned forward and collapsed onto Janice's back. After a few minutes of quietly resting, the Mistress reached around with both of her hands and pinched Janice's nipples with her nails. Janice let out a whelp of pain.
"Just making sure you didn't fall asleep on me, Miss Gardner. Mr. Cutler requests that all his women are awake for their punishment." Janice grunted as the Mistress pinched her nipples. "It is getting late. We should get you ready for bed." The Mistress walked over to the wall and picked up two handfuls of leather straps and bracers. She walked back towards Janice and undid the chains that restrained her legs, placing a shiny black leather restraint around each of her thighs. Janice disliked the tight fit of the smooth leather against her skin.
The Mistress refocused the video camera on the floor-to-shoulder urinal, then undid Janice's arm bindings and dragged her towards the urinal mounted in the wall. Janice went along compliantly with the Mistress; after hours of being violated, she was in no state to resist the surprisingly strong woman.
The Mistress manipulated Janice like a ragdoll, lifting and binding her limp body against the urinal and suspending her several inches above the ground with the slick leather straps. When all was down, Janice hung in the air, her back against the urinal, her arms above her head, and legs bent up to her sides, her limbs connected to the ceiling from each of the leather bands and cuffs. To finish off picture, the Mistress crammed two battery powered dildos into Janice's holes, then taped them into place with layers of electrical tape.
The Mistress took a moment to admire her handiwork, then unlocked Janice's ballgag and let it tumble to the floor. "There, I believe that is a fine way to hold you until we decide what your next punishment shall be." The mistress turned to walk away, but stopped three paces away from Janice. "Oh, I almost forgot- we can't let you die of dehydration, can we?" She strolled towards Janice and pulled up her skirt, revealing her bare pussy. "Open wide, Miss Gardner." The Mistress moved her left hand to her crotch and aimed the stream at Janice, who now seemed wide awake and resistant to the degradation.
"Hahaha, that felt good. Don't worry, Miss Gardner. We really do have no intention of letting you starve to death; Mr. Cutler's mansion wouldn't be nearly so full if he let his slaves die on us. Here, this should be sufficient." The Mistress found a water bottle on the floor and filled it from a small dish of stagnating water. She took the bottle and lodged it in between the pipes above the urinal, then taped a small tube to both the bottle and the rim of Janice's mouth. "Good night, Miss Gardner. We shall continue your punishment some other day." The Mistress turned off the lights on her way out, leaving Janice alone and afraid.

Janice was alone in the darkness, the silence broken only by the buzz of the dildos and the whir of the video recorder. Janice begged into the darkness for the pain in her loins to end, for her humiliation and degradation to stop-- for her to be given back her freedom. The video camera recorded it all, the night vision setting recording every tear that streamed down her face and every frantic writhe of her body.

Janice remembered her family. They were no longer part of her life; she was truly alone in the world, with very few friends that would be startled by her disappearance.
I doubt anyone will even be looking for me. The only person that might be looking for me is.... that traitorous bitch... Is she with Mr. Cutler? Was this all a setup from the beginning? No... it can't be.
Like a broken record, Janice cycled through pleas, tears, and lamentations. As the hours, and days in the darkness passed, Janice slowly began losing her mind, the solitude, pain, starvation, and dehydration taking their toll.
Finally, three days later, the door to her cell opened. In the doorway, Janice could see the silhouettes of the Mr. Cutler and his maid.
"What on earth have you done to her, my Mistress? She looks absolutely terrible. Why, i think that I shall have to reward you for your service later." Mr. Cutler reached up and began stroking the woman's bunned white hair.
"I did only as you asked, Mr. Cutler. Please, let me continue this line of training. I really don't think she will be able transition at this point."
"No, you said it yourself; with Rebecca's sale and that stupid little girl's suicide, we need an extra hand around the house or else it will fall into disrepair. I know it will be difficult, but we need her on the staff. I promise you, once the staff is replenished, we can resume her training. My nephew wouldn't want it any other way."
"Yes, sir. When is the cleanup crew going to come?"
"Ah, I decided not to get a traditional cleanup crew for the little one. I believe Miss Gardner can clean the den. Let her earn the privilege of serving me."
"I will ensure she does, Mr. Cutler."
"Well, I have business to take care of. As usual, your abilities have my complete faith." Mr. Cutler took an last look at his haggard toy, then turned around and walked up the stairs. His Mistress entered the prison room and walked towards Janice, who was still hanging as she was left three days prior.
"Good evening, Miss Gardner. How do you feel?"
Janice looked up at the woman looming over her and mumbled an incoherent response intermingled with sobs.
"I'm certain that you will be happy to know you will be spared further degradation, for the moment. A member of the house staff managed to off herself. To manage the new shortage, Mr. Cutler has reassigned you to the cleaning staff, which by most standards is a much more pleasant career path than your previous one. Let me undo your bindings." The Mistress detached the chains and straps that kept Janice suspended in the air, and gently lowered her to the ground. A wave of relief overcame Janice as the vibrators were torn from her asshole and pussy. "You need to be washed. If you promise to behave, I can let you go without the usual bindings. Is that understood?"
Janice nodded yes, and the two women left the concrete chamber and entered the central room. The Mistress opened one of the other doors and led Janice in. It was a bathroom. Tubs surrounded the perimeter, while metallic showers were in the middle. Janice tolerated the shower and the Mistress' probing hands without complaints, knowing the severity of punishment she would receive for resistance.
When Mr. Cutler's maid had finished her deep cleaning, she fixated a collar to Janice's neck that was much thicker than the one she had worn for the past few days. "Now, before I show you to your new quarters, you have to prove your ability to follow directions. Follow me closely, Miss Gardner; I don't have much faith in your obedience after your last two escape attempts.
The Mistress led Janice into the library and began dictating her instructions immediately. From this moment on, you will have limited freedom within the mansion, though wandering where you should not will result in continual shocks from your collar. Whenever not in your own room, you will wear both gag and uniform. Your daily duties will include cleaning the mansion and servicing any superiors that require usage of you. Failure to comply with directions immediately may result in the revocation of the salvation that Mr. Cutler has granted you, and believe me, Miss Gardner, when I say that I would love nothing more than to keep you in the basement permanently." Janice looked down at the ground, knowing the maid's words were sincere. Out of the corner of her eye, Janice noticed a creeping pool of red that filled the far corner of the room. She noticed the pool of red that covered the far corner of the room. "Your first job is to clean up the final mess of your predecessor. That stupid red-headed child... her clothes are still in the corner. Clean them- they will be yours until Mr. Cutler sees fit for you to have your own outfit. The supplies you need should be in the closet; once you are done, ring the intercom and I will set you up for the evening. And remember; Mr. Cutler doesn't like it when stupid women don't do their jobs well. But you already know that, don't you?" The Mistress turned around with a smile on her face, and left Janice facing the mess of the former slave's suicide.
It was that red-headed girl I saw in the kitchen, wasn't it? She was so young... What did these monsters do to her, and why? Janice imagined a pizza delivery girl being five minutes late, and being raped as punishment. That actually wouldn't surprise me. Knowing what she had to do, Janice got a bucket of cleaning supplies from the closet, then approached the pool of blood left by the girl. The blood was centered on a small coffee table, where the girl's bloodied maid uniform was crumpled into a ball. Surrounding the table was a shattered ship in a bottle and several cracked, chipped, and shattered tea cups. Most of the glass shards were bloodied only from resting in the pool, but Janice noticed one of the cup fragments which was especially bloody.
The poor girl must have been terrified of her punishment for breaking Mr. Cutler's belongings. Janice was already starting to understand the rules of Mr. Cutler's household. For a moment, Janice wanted to cry for the dead, but she knew the retribution that would await if she did not finish her chores on time. Janice placed the bloody maid's uniform and began to mop the blood off the floor, still naked from her days of torture.
The work was far more tiring than any job that Janice ever had before, but she continued on, scrubbing and rinsing the floor until her muscles ached. Finally, when the floor was spotless, the carpet cleansed, and the uniform soaking in soapy water, Janice knew that her job was done. She walked over to the wall intercom, pressed the buzzer, and waited.
Two minutes passed before the Mistress walked into the library and sternly looked over Janice's handiwork. "Not bad for your first attempt, but nowhere near Mr. Cutler's employee standards. It better improve, else your future work will warrant an extended trip to the basement. Hmmm... I think I actually prefer you screw up." The Mistress looked over Janice's still nude body with lecherous eyes and a sly grin. "Regardless, that is enough work for today. Come, and bring your uniform; I will show you to your chambers."
The Mistress led Janice towards the back of the house and up a secluded and narrow staircase. The stairs led up to a long, windowless hallway with more doors than Janice could count. Dim, yellow lights illuminated the hall, just enough for the pair to see where they were going. The maid stopped at one of the doors and opened it. Janice looked into the room. It was the tiniest bedroom Janice had ever seen, with the full sized bed running the length of the room and occupying a third of the floor space. To the left of the entrance was a small bathroom which held a toilet, sink, and shower stall. To the right was a nice chair at an old wooden desk.
"These are your new quarters, Miss Gardner. During your off hours, you will stay in this room. It will be locked from the outside at all times, which will be controlled remotely. In your quarters, and only in your quarters, you may remove your gag. The wrist and ankle cuffs, along with your collar, are to stay on at all times. You may use the intercom in case of emergencies, but do not abuse the privilege; annoying me is the most grievous sin you can commit. You are to address me as Mistress, and the master of the house as Mr. Cuter. Your work begins at five AM tomorrow. From the time you are summoned, you have three minutes to reach your destination. Further rules shall be shared with you as necessary. Good night, Miss Gardner." The Mistress undid the lock on Janice's gag and left the room without speaking another word. Janice heard the electric lock of the door, sealing her in her bedroom.
This is a lot better than the basement. Janice caught herself thinking she was lucky to be on the service crew, but she realized the absurdity of the thought. These monsters kidnapped and raped me! I'll be free someday. I know. I must never give up hope.
Janice took a long, hot shower, then wrung the maid's uniform and hung it in the shower stall. She walked to small sink and mirror and opened the medicine cabinet. Inside was a used toothbrush, a comb tangled with long strands of orange hair, and a small pair of tweezers. Janice stared at the comb and toothbrush, then to the hanging uniform, and accepted the fact that she really was the young girl's replacement. Life in the mansion would continue tomorrow just as it had today and the day before. Janice and the fellow captives were but expendable cogs, so easily replaceable that the master and mistress spared no emotion for them.
Nobody is looking out for me but myself, but isn't that how my life has always been? I will do what I have to do to survive unscathed, and I will always keep an eye out for how to escape this nightmare. Even if it involves killing those who would stop me.
Her shot would come sooner than she anticipated.

I feel kind of awkward posting this, because it is certainly 'darker' than most of the other assignments that my classmates post. Should I keep things on the lighter side of BDSM for my public assignments?

Excellent continuation of the saga. You have a bad case of "as-itis". It can be a wonderful way to indicate simultaneous action, but when overused it lends a monotony to your sentence structure.
A problem with excess verbage. Remember, any word that does not ADD to the story, detracts from it.
Time tags (now, then, finally) are seldom necessary.
When re-reading a story, always look at every word and make it justify its presence,
Very nice storyline though, strong characterization and good use of details.
