Help - lost piece of great reading

Years ago I remember reading a story about a camp where young girls were kept for the pleasure of old men.

It was from the point of view of an older girl (mid to late 20's) who had been at the camp for a while.

I remember it contained some snuff, I remember a lottery at the end where the "winner" was electrocuted. Another girl was fed live to gators.

Sadly that's all I remember other than it was pretty long and well written. I had it saved for a while under favorites then lost it.

I thought it might have been on this site at one time but can't find it now.
