I think you are over-generalizing the demographics and you should only try something if you are comfortable with it.
You should try Dom-ing because you, yourself are interested in it. Who knows, maybe you'll like switching, but if you identify yourself as a sub, then I would suggest finding a switch as a play partner too or else you might feel unfulfilled.

Not to get stuck on labels, but perhaps you can say you'd like to try "topping". I'm submissive, however, in the past, I've topped others. That didn't change my status; I was still a sub, just "toppy" for a specific period of time. Also, it was obvious that I was submissive as I'm collared to Sir and He was there during my topping sessions.
However, you need to be true to yourself and future partners; that you're submissive, however, you're exploring other options as Dommes are few and far between.

well not sure how all this works. I've never been dominated nor did i ever dominate anyone ever. I want to explore it.
So give it a go. The only way to really know if something fits you or not is to just try it. Do you know any female submissives who would be willing to experiment with you?

I hate to be blasé about this, but Dommes are a dime a dozen. Try the personals here, collarme, fetlife, or a local munch.
I'm just going to give you some fairly standard advice. Find a local munch to attend. Introduce yourself as being undecided. Then listen and observe until you "feel" what is right for you. Just remember a munch is not a dating group. You are not likely to "hook up".Quote:
