Ultimate toilet slave

I read a story once about a man who went to this club in New York and submitted to be a toilet slave for a night, what he didn't know was that he would have to be a slave there until someone volinteered to replace him. Later he submits to becoming a perminent toilet to a lesbian couple overseas.

I remember that story!!!!!

He was permanently installed in a toilet...for a lesbian couple. He was cemented in, I think. He was then used only very rarely, and he spent the rest of his days looking up and out of the seat.
