Published BDSM

Hi. Being new here and unused to navigating the site, I'm tossing out a question here in hopes somebody can guide me.

Okay, I was searching the Internet for some juicy stuff when I came across a real oddity. It's from an erotica-publisher, www.phaze.com, an online novel called "Verasheyan" by a J. Trout, and it's a Science-Fiction, BDSM, erotic romance -- which isn't something you come across every day. Besides the red-hot eroticism and the wonderfully believable SciFi, it contains lots of remarkable information about the whole BDSM phenomenon -- info that I'd like somebody to verify. Is there anybody out there who has read the book (I think it's a dollar a download, or thereabouts) and can tell me if the technical details are accurate?
