Lube your anus, work it out a bit then insert the anal plug, balls or any other toy, or a vegetable of your choice, a cucumber fo example, wear your underpants and a skirt or a dress over.

Now comes the good part.

Reset the timer on your cellphone or similar, go out of your home, if possible by public transportation and get to a place with high frequency of people, stay the longest you can. If you are able, meet with a friend/relative for a drink/dinner, try to act the more normal possible.
