woman kept naked all the time

I 'm looking for stories like this:

・A western woman is kidnaped to an African or Arab country,and trained as a sex slave.
・She is kept completely naked all the time,forced to parade in the town.and ashamed of it.

I read Lia Anderssen's Bush Slave series and Ian Smith's Oasis saga( I seriously want to read the sequel of Bush slave2).

How about Anne Gray's "Naked at School" series by her and other authors? Searh the name.

Ah but you can always do INTERESTING stuff when someone/thing is naked. :D
