The Knight and His Fair Lady

Suddenly waking from a dream it took me a few minutes to realize I was holding on to you. Our bodies so close it seemed that we were one.

I reach up to your beautiful neck where there was a thin ice blue collar. My fingers linger there on your collar for a short time caressing it and your neck so very gently. Filling the collars coolness next to your sleep warmed skin.

A smile starts to slowly creep upon my face while the realization of knowing you are mine now, and remembering the great honorable gift you gave me the night before. I started to whisper to you and let my mind replay the story of how it all began......

It was just before dawn, my favorite time of day just before nature started to wake up and breathed it’s peaceful, cool morning breezes. The Sun was just starting to come up over the horizon. I was awake, as usual and had decided to take a walk in the Queen's garden, so that I could enjoy the treasure of creation waking and preparing for a new day. The garden was stunning as the waking Sun lit the garden in a soft fiery light that glistened on the morning dew.
The cool airs that keep blowing across me brought a sigh from deep with in. I had begun to think of the secret I was forced to carry deep with in myself. Just a choice few, which included my dear Mother, knew of my secret. Whenever I would start to worry about my secret being exposed, I reminded myself, that I had already made a name for myself, that my adventures in the name of



country and honor were legendary though out the kingdom. That the King himself had admitted last night not many had braved the things I had or undertaken the journeys I had.
However, I had to admit to myself it wasn’t just for my country or for honor but partly to prove that I was who I said I was and to cover up my secret.

While wondering the garden’s paths thinking I came across a bench near an old willow tree. I had brought my guitar along with me this morning so, I sat down and settled back with a guitar in hand and lightly strummed. I let words of poetry and song that was wondering around in my mind come forth as I listened and strummed to the birds that had begun to wake up and sing in the trees above.

“I hear music...in my soul,
Music no one else knows,
The music a soulful,
Music of harmony,
A joyous melody.
A balance created,
By you and I.”

My hands began to change the strumming so that it matched the words roaming around inside of me. Suddenly my soul jumped, bringing me to a complete halt. I sat there my fingers remained on the guitar strings yet I remained very still. Somehow, I felt you and knew that you were there,


standing watching from behind in the early morning shadows. I waited for what seemed forever but the feeling of you did not leave nor did you move out of the shadows. I begin to wonder if my mind was playing games with me. I slowly turned around to see if you truly were there or if it was a past life memory that I felt touch my soul.

There in the shadows of early dawn I saw you. Eyes that matched the many stormy oceans I have traveled yet they glistened as the morning dew. Your lips so slight and thin were red as the roses in the garden, were slightly turned up in a small shy smile.

I stood up slowly afraid I would scare you away. I placed my guitar against the bench and begin to slowly move towards you. My heart was beating fast and the butterflies that danced around in the garden had entered my stomach somehow.

As I started to move towards you I was telling myself I should not allow these feelings to surface. That you were a stranger and most importantly you couldn’t learn who I truly was. I could not stop myself though I just continued to walk towards you my eyes never leaving your delicate face.

As I finally reached you, you lifted your small hand towards me in greeting, introducing yourself as Antoinette lady in waiting. I bowed and kissed that lily white hand knowing I let my lips linger a bit longer then I should of be letting go and once again locking eyes with you.
You ask me with a voice as soft as the morning air. "What is it you were playing on your instrument, Sir”.

I blushed slightly not really knowing why and smiled saying "Oh, nothing really just a little rhythm that was floating around in my head milady."
A silence fell as we began to walk side by side down the garden path. You finally broke the silence by reminding me that I had not introduced myself to you. I cleared my throat and turning slightly towards you while still walking the garden path.

"Excuse me milady for being so silent and forgetting to introduce myself, I seem to be unable to form a single thought much less speak in your stunning beauty. I am Night Hawk, a Knight of the round table."

You blush at my words, lowering your eyes slightly to the ground, a giggle escaped from somewhere deep inside your sweet throat. It was a sound that sounded like the purest of bells. My eyes traveled to your throat and I was caught totally by surprise of the thought that jumped into my mind. I thought about how beautiful your neck would look wearing my collar of devotion.

You raised your eyes so I was gifted with their beauty once more and asked if I would play something for on my guitar. I felt the butterflies dancing once more inside my stomach. I couldn't form a complete thought how was I going to think of something to play for this vision? Yet, I found myself nodding as I sat back down on the bench before the willow tree. Picked up my guitar I started to let my fingers lightly strum at first not sure what it was I was going to play, but my fingers seemed to have a life of their own for they started to strum out a song.

“I caught a glimpse of you from afar,
Among a crowd of people,
Your eyes meeting mine,
My thoughts forever,
Roaming back to you that day.
I finely was allowed the gift,
Of speaking to you,
Although all to briefly.
Your glistening eyes,
As blue as the ocean,
The feel of your soft hand,
As I kissed it,
Remembering the feeling of need,
The need to kiss those rose colored lips,
Hunted me though out the day.
I find myself day dreaming,
Dreaming of holding you in my arms,
Of knowing your touch.
I seem to know your spirit,
As you seem to know my soul.
I glimpsed you from afar,
Among a crowd of people,

Your eyes meeting mine,
My thoughts forever,
Roaming back to you that day,
Feeling the need to be near you.”

My eyes locked to your beautiful face the whole time I was singing. The song came from deep in my soul. Your eyes down cast ever so slightly while a slight flush of pink danced on your cheeks.

That night I escorted you to a ball, which lead to many strolls in the garden as well as many nightly balls. The whole time tormented by my secret and knowing I should not let myself become connected, or more importantly not allow you to become connected to me. I seem to unable to control my moves, my very thoughts these days for I knew I loved you and that seemed to be all that mattered.

The faithful night came when I knew I had to tell you my secret and risk losing you forever. I found myself that night sitting in your gathering room trying hard to relax, look calm and sure of myself. Which was as far from the truth as it could be. The thought of losing you scared me more then all my adventures put together. I took your hand in mine and quietly begin telling you what I knew I must. "Antoinette I feel as if I have known you for a long time, for a lifetime to be exact. You have an energy, an exuberance that draws me to you. I trust you deeply, more then I have ever trusted anyone. I pray you trust me as well."

You nodded your head slowly but with certainty. A scared look covering your face unsure of what it is I am trying to say. Yet, patiently listening and waiting. I could read what it was you were hoping I had to say, for it is the very thing I dream of asking you but knowing I could not.
I continue "You feel my soul with music and such joy."

I am a little breathless, as I try and explain what it is I must explain. "Antoinette, I love you, but I have not been totally honest with you milady and I must before we go any father with this relationship."

My heart sunk as I watched your eyes cloud over with fear and hurt of the idea that I have not been honest with you. Taking a deep breath I continued, " I guess the best way is to just tell you, then I will leave and you will not have to bother with me ever again."

You stopped me with a soft touch to my cheek and used my true name while saying, "Dear Trent, what ever it is could not be so bad as I would ever want you to leave and never return. For I too love you deeply."

My eyes filled with tears knowing what you said was true and that my secret was apt to kill that very love you professed. I take another deep breath and forgot all the subtle ways and blurted out "I am not a man, I am a female. I hide this fact to live the life I know I was meant to live, the life of a man, of a Knight. I love you, I have always found women attractive and felt I was a Knight. So, as a young teen I left home, dressed in boys cloths and became a knave. I have lived this life every since. I fought any feelings I had and would not allow myself to feel for women like other men would instead spent many hours alone or traveling to do the biding of the King and Queen." I stopped realizing I was rambling on barely taking a breath and realized your hand was still there in mine. I chanced a glance at you, my breath caught as I saw you were actually smiling at me. I must have looked totally shocked, for your sweet giggle escaped your throat. Then you pressed your sweet gentle hand to my cheek. "Oh dear Trent, milord I have known you to be a woman from the moment we meet. I knew that moment I had found the "man" for me. I realized from the beginning that I had found my soul mate in you." I smiled my soul flying higher then it had ever done before.

You smiled back and continued "You are strong, sure, noble, and as much a man as any Knight of the round table, but at night in the privacy of your own room you are a woman. This is what I have craved for so long. And I found it in you." As you finished you leaned over and kissed me ever so lightly. Then lowered your eyes, your familiar blush returning.

I placed my finger under your chin, softly but firmly lifting your face to meet my eyes. I said in a soft, firm voice "are you sure this is what you desire."

You try to lower your gaze once again, but my fingers remained firm on your chin. For a moment my question sat teetering in the air, both of our breaths coming rapidly. The air was charged with excitement and fear. I watched you closely afraid you had already changed your mind. Then as our eyes remained locked your mouth formed the words and whisper "yes".

A calmness settled over me and I drew you to me and kissed your ever-alluring lips. The meeting of our lips was like a soft embrace, drawing a heat into my chest. I knew for sure that we were soul mates. I felt as if I had come home after a long journey, slightly strange but wholly comforting.

Pulling away slightly to look at you, your smile warmed my soul, your fingers were tracing my cheek leaving a trail as light as a sunbeam. I slowly slipped one hand in your hair and began to take your lips more urgently and make them mine. My tongue stroked into your mouth rhythmically, feeding my growing desire. Our kiss grew into a feverish dance that threatened to engulf us both.

Swaying gently to the rhythm that is grew within us. You’re soft hands stroked my back and muscular arms. My head was whirling with lust I was barely able to pull my lips from yours and gaze into your eyes. I slowly tried to compose myself, your eyes questioned me as to why I had stopped. I looked gently upon you and smiled.

"Antoinette I am a Knight of honor I can not take you with out a form of commitment, no matter how much I desire you." With that said, I slide down upon one knee with your hand with in mine and gazed deep with in those ocean blue eyes of yours. I found myself asking the one question I had dreamed of asking for so long. "Antoinette milady love, will you marry me and become my wife?"

Your eyes grew bright and became like miniature suns burning straight to my soul. Your eyes were so full of love it melted my heart completely. “Yes milord, my love, I will marry you and become your wife for now and always."

We celebrated and were married as soon as we could respectfully do so in a quiet ceremony under a full moon. Only a few friends joined us there. We exchanged vows of love and loyalty to each other. After we were back in our chambers, I pulled you to me and began slowly to move my hands to the top button of your dress. You stopped me and said "My dear Trent I have a gift for you besides my womanhood that I have never given to another." This is when you slid to your knees before me eyes lowered slightly. I offer to you the gift of my love and submission. The gift of my total trust."

I could not believe what you were saying or doing, I had for many years wished for exact thing but never expected it much less this complete and total trust of another to be from the one I married and in the form of a woman. I smiled as tears streamed my down my cheek in joy and love.

Raising your eyes to me gently, I said "please remain as you are for I have a gift for you also." I moved to my dressing cabinet taking from it a wooden box. I walked back to you unable and unwilling to stop smiling the whole time. I held the box low enough so that you could see what was in it as I lifted the lid. With in the box cradled by black crush velvet material was a thin ice blue collar. Your eyes sparked as I removed the precious treasure from its box. I placed it upon

your neck but before fastening it I quietly asked, “Do you wish to stop. We both know we will have to go though a formal wedding before the King, the Queen and all the court, risking our secret being exposed before all, so that we can live together as husband and wife. If you wish not to risk this or do not wish to continue speak now or else our path will be chosen and walk it together we will."

You lowered your eyes but for a brief moment then raised them to Me and said "I except your gift milord the same as I offer mine with total trust and love."

Raising you from your knees I kissed you gently at first, then harder as my hands raised to the rest of the buttons upon your dress. I felt you trembling as I opened the back of your dress and let it slide from your shoulders. I in turn removed my own shirt exposing my taped down breasts. Your skin was warm and soft to my touch a spreading heat began to spread though out my body and into my groins. I kept thinking to myself, I am holding the woman of my dreams, she knows my secret, and she is actually still here in my arms. I closed my eyes for a moment to savor your fingers, which were lightly glazing my back. I looked to you and shook my head no. Instantly your hands dropped to your side and I smiled. I stepped back to admire your beauty noticed a slight blush to your skin. I took the time to enjoy your shyness.

Slowly I removed my trousers and the bandage, which held, down my breasts. You were watching me intently the whole time. I moved closer to you, and smiled. I lifted you up in my muscled arms and carried you to what was now our bed. Laying you gently down upon the bed my hands began to explore your body. You moved your hands to stop this contact, a sudden

streak of fear hitting you, my grip tightened, and I said, "Put your hands down sweet angel, I will not hurt you only bring you sweet pleasure like you have never felt."
Your hands lowered slowly and you smiled shyly whispering "Yes Sir". From somewhere deep inside me a feeling of rightness formed, and I return to pinching and squeezing your nipples, stretching them far out then slowly tracing around their edges. Your passionate shivers brought forth a shiver from deep within my being.

As I moved over top of you, I Leaned in close to you and kissed you gently teasing you by tantalizing your lips. Moving my lips down onto your neck I whispered into your ear, 'Tonight I promise to give you much pleasure my sweet angel, to take you to the edge and beyond, I also, promise to take my pleasure from you."

You shivered once again at my words. Your breath began to become rapid and unsteady. As I continued to learn every curve in your body, I could feel the fire in me feed from your shivers, from your trust, and from every moan that slipped from your mouth.

I noticed you were now awake and rolled over looking at me remembering the story with me. I leaned in and kissed your cheek, whispering the rest you know my love, and soon the entire kingdom will know of my love for you!
