maddie: first assignment

Molly stood by the kitchen sink, washing her hands. Looking up, she could see him floating in the pool, reluctant, as always, to leave the cool water on such a hot day. She smiled as she dried her hands.

She tapped on the window and he looked up, waving at her. She motioned for him to come in, and he nodded. He dunked himself one last time, then pulled himself out of the pool, grabbed a nearby towel, and dried himself off as he walked toward the house. He slipped on his shoes before walking inside. He knew she'd be mad if he tracked any dirt in.

He draped the towel around his neck as he walked into the kitchen. She turned toward him, smiling, and he took her in his arms, pulling her close to him. The kiss was long, slow, and deep; she felt her knees go weak, as she always did when they kissed for the first time after being apart. Finally, she pulled herself away and looked at her watch.

"We don't have much time."

He nodded and let go of her, pushing her slightly away from him and turning her, then swatting her bottom. "Go upstairs and get ready, then."

"I can't hear you."

Somewhat louder, "Yes, Sir."

He traced the ends of the flogger on her back, then told her to lay down, on her stomach. Suddenly, there was a noise downstairs and voices. They froze, staring at each other.

"Did you know anybody was coming over?" he hissed. She shook her head. He rolled off her quickly and she scrambled up, grabbed her cell phone, and paled. "My cell phone is dead. I must have missed the call."

She scrambled to get into her clothing. Jack hastily pulled his shorts and shoes on, grabbing their toys and throwing them in her tote as quietly as possible. Molly smoothed out her hair and, just as they heard voices coming up the stairs, took the tote bag from him. She moved away from him, standing near the open closet door, which she had just been bound to, as the voices entered the room.

"As you can see, there's ample closet space here. Oh. Hello." She turned toward the people walking in. "I'm sorry. We'll get out of your way."

A woman dressed in a jacket, white blouse, and black pants entered the room, a young couple holding a baby following her.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know anybody else was showing the house now. We'll get out of your way," the woman said.

Molly laughed, "Oh, it's fine. We're done up here anyhow." She quickly scanned the room to make sure it was as empty as when they'd entered. She motioned for Jack to lead the way, and they walked down the stairs. They managed to keep their composure till they were outside, when they gave in tot heir laughter. She kissed him lightly on the lips and said, "That was close."

He nodded and pulled her close, for one last hug. She rested her head on his chest briefly, then stepped away. "We need to find someplace new, I think. That couple has been in here before. I recognize the car."

He sighed. "Maybe we should just start meeting at your house. You do live across the street, you know."

Molly laughed. "Somehow, using Mrs. Murphy's empty house is more fun. I'm so glad her son asked me to watch it while it's up for sale. But yes, I think we do need a change of venue."

She walked him to his car, parked in front of the house. She stood by the For Sale sign, using it for support as she watched him drive off. She waved as he pulled away, sighed, and pulled the key Mrs. Murphy's son had given her so she could keep the house free of dust out of her pocket. She smiled, put it back in her pocket, and walked across the street to her house.

Now this isn't an actual grammatical problem, but this sentence is a bit akward. To many hers for my taste. Perhaps something like:

He'd told her early in the week to masturbate for fifteen minutes a day without coming.

then told her to lay down, on her stomach.

Should be lie instead of lay

he traced a finger down her body, then attached the ankle cuffs.

Should be a capital H.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know anybody else was showing the house now. We'll get out of your way," the woman said.

After sorry you should have a ; instead of a comma.

No spelling errors though which is great for a rough draft. And I liked the story to boot. :) I would now like you to write another story, but this time use whatever tools you have to correct it and submit it when you think it is ready.
