:rolleyes: Do people have any thoughts or ideas on ways to show their submission, maybe on a daily basis that could be incorporated into everyday tasks. I was thinking along the lines of corner time or having writing on parts of the body throughout the day. I know there are endless possibilities but i'm interested to hear other peoples wicked twists and develop idea's.

I just finished a task at the academy last month that had LOTS of daily routines in them, and frankly - it's been quite challenging to stick to those for a longer time period. Examples were -
-masturbating for a certain time every two hours
-wearing a butt plug daily for a fixed time interval
-a certain dress code...for males it could be wearing woman's panties, being naked while at home etc...
-body writing that I found really challenging and fun...writing something personal/humiliating/your Mistress' name...on the palm of your hand.
other stuff that I think is cool...
-shaving and masturbating to the edge of orgasm in the shower each morning
-sleeping cuffed or otherwise restrained
-not being allowed to touch sexually unless getting explicit permission to do so

If you are living with your dominant, anticipation of what they ask for is a good challenge. If you do not. Try a different task each day, something you find humiliating, and ensure you report your thoughts, your experiences with that task to your Dominant.
Perhaps working your way down the list of the activity checklist, seeing how you can accomplish some of those, to the best of your ability.
The "assigned clothing" one is something I quite enjoy the thought of. It could be as simple as dictating only one specific piece, or an entire outfit. But clothing, in itself, can be a subtle kind of bondage and I get a kick out of it.
How about needing to ask the Dominant member of the couple for permission to use the bathroom around the home? Handing over control of one more bodily function (since they already probably have control over when and if you may orgasm). I'd also note denying permission on this until someone is *really* sorry can be... an interesting punishment, if needed.
i live with my Master so this is something that has just become a part of our daily lives.

its mainly just doing stuff instead of being asked to do it that i try to do every day. He also chooses my undergarments every day so that He knows what is under my business suit or whatever.
Sharing yourself with someone this way can take
so many facets. Finding things that feel right and
work well between each other is not only important
but can be very erotic and educational.
Pleaseyoux had mentioned body writing and that's
something that can be done easily and is quite effective
to show not only submission but honor as well.
Wearing the Master's name written on the left breast,
the wrist or neck near a pulse point, atop the pubic
mound or around an ankle.
A way of carrying you with them each day in all they do
be it at work or at home.
Sometimes it can be used as a means to convey dissapointment
in the submissive's actions.
Writing a failed task on their arm or face so when they see
their reflection or a part of themselves which is exposed they
will know they have let the one who love's them most down.
Perhaps, "Home" on the forhead for failing to tidy things up
properly, "Laundry" on the back of the hands for not getting

"Disrespect" written on both facial cheeks to indicate there's
been back talk or sass when spoken to or ask to perform
a duty.
"Errands" over the bridge of the feet to show they have failed
to go someplace and do something they've been expected to do.
Whatever you might choose to write or how you write it I think
it's always important that the location and word work well
together to send a clear message.
Time outs are a solid form of submission that shows a willingness
to want to do better, to reflect on things done in error or anger.
Placing them in a corner or even a cage for a short time
can go along way to giving one time to really think about themselves.
At times the denial of affection is something that provides
a powerful stimulus to gain submission on the part of the
submissive.
I saw that Silke had mentioned about masturbating at certain
times during the day for specific time periods.
Even better at some times to not allow that period.
Have them show respect and subtle submission by resisting all
temptation and NOT pleasing themselves and being denied
the soothing words or touch that they might crave from their Master.
When you're apart maybe even the simple gesture of having
them call you at work at a given time or email you if possible to
just say "I feel you with me and I miss your words and touch."
Then just have them hang up or hit the send button and leave the
rest to them to think of what is missing in their life there at that given moment in time.
I also think that wearing a subtle piece of jewelry such as a slave
bracelet, arm bracelet, ankle bracelet can go a long way toward
everyday submission. Something special that you've picked out
just for them to show you have them in your heart and they feel
you there with them simply because it touches their body.
To even carry a lock of your hair with them in a vial or
small pouch so they can touch it at a given time each day.
Have them go to your pillow and just smell you on it and close
their eyes and feel your touch in their mind, your hands holding
them to you as you give that sense of completeness in a world
that only the two of you have made whole simply because
you belong with one another!!!

I'd like to thank everyone for the input so far, a pleasure to read and many great and useful suggestions. Silke: I've read alot of your reports at the academy (many lead to the start of this thread), many of the contants are very useful themselves and for developing ideas. There are somethings, such as nipple clamps, using improvised everyday objects which appear frequently in the tasks but there could be many more possibilities (im sure) which get overlooked.
Thanks for the 'live in' situations and the distance ideas and extension of body writing (Scorpio'swill2power: nice poem too) i look forward to hearing any further ideas as im sure many others are.

Hell yeah *sighs*...that's my day-to-day personal torture, Scorpio. Very effective indeed. ;) What I found quite striking about having to masturbate throughout the day at a specific time, tough, was that something very pleasurable can become quite a stretch in the long run.
