Try the Yahoo groups, there are several. There's a search option; keyword "ballbust", etc. Each group will provide links to other sources. They're mediocere.
The Silent-Screams Forum provides occassional BB posts, and they too have a Seach to scoure previous posts.
The best of the Yahoo groups is FemdomFilm. Mainly a "spank" forum, there is a deversity of frequent posts.

You have to join, but there are no hidden traps or gimicks, outside of the risk of clogging you inbox with spam. But that can be avoided by the options you select when you join the group. Select the option that refuses email for the group. It works: no spam
