Consent Forms

Anyone know where to find a good consent form?
Or
Anyone have advice (general or specific) on how to write up one?

Just a word of warning, as far as I know there is no such thing as a legally binding consent form fror BDSM as consent can be revoked at any time in any type of sexual encounter.

hmm maybe you are thinking of contract? I don't know where to find one other than in the book Screw the Roses, Send Me the thorns.

Thanks everyone for the help. I guess I was more of looking for something for her to fill out saying how willing she was to particpate in various kinds of play.

The "problem" is that she wants to be kidnapped for her birthday, and I have no idea what she considers to happen during a kidnapping. Asking her that hasn't been too productive and I had barely recalled seeing a really really long list of activites with a rating scale but I can't seem to find it again. Sort of hoping that it would have so many activities even if she only said 'yes' to a couple it would still be a surprise excatlly to what happens.

You may have her fill out the checklist that's on this website. Or google "BDSM Checklist." There's one floating around here somewhere, I believe in the Knowledge Base, actually.

I'd just draw up something simple that states what will happen and that she is willing.

There's kidnapping and then there's fantasy kidnapping.

Since one can have you thrown in jail, I'd make sure that you are doing everything you can to protect yourself, while giving her a birthday fantasy she is seeking.

If she's into rough play, you might want to kidnap and keep her in her own home or yours.

If she's looking for some light fun, having her wear a blindfold while you whisk her out for an enchanted evening of fun may be an easy and safe answer.

I like the idea of you getting a consent form, however, that implies that she can't speak for herself if the two of you get caught. That might be a fantasy trip you are not willing to take.

I hate to bust the bubble but there is nothing legally binding about the consent forms in BDSM. The no means no law with trump any contract you can find and have her sign. Sucks I know but its just the country we live in.

People, people, he's not talking about contracts or binding agreements. He just wants one of those activity checklists that his sub can use to indicate how interested she is in various things he could do to her, so he knows what to plan.
