Richard Adams' Escape from Bekla has some good scenes, other than that I think crime/cop stories are often stronger on bdsm scenes, expecially bondage of course.
Alasdair Gray's 1982 Janine has an amazing scene with a housewife who gets sort of abducted and is forced to a bondage act in a sex club (the typeface of those pages are also unlike anything you've ever seen so it's easy to find if you're leafing through the book :-) ). It's in some sense mimicking s/m fiction, but with a raw elegant power, should be read by anyone who's thinking about the limits of sex writing and the politics of porno.
We used to have Gray's book in the municipal library where I live, and finally somebody stole it of course. Don't ask me which librarian had the courage to make the buy.

John Norman also wrote a very interesting book that while similar to the Gor books in philosophy is not about Gor at all.
Time Slave - 1975
In this book, Norman presents his personal theories of human evolution, exemplified by the case of a modern woman sent back in time twenty thousand years or more; he mourns the loss of human evolutionary fitness and distortion of "natural" social relations which in his view occurred when farming spread, and farmers squeezed hunter/gatherers to the ecological margins.
The fire doesn't command the tender to feed it. It is the duty of the fire to dance and burn, to entice the tender to stoke and stir the flames.
The Kushiel series by Jacqueline Carey (starting with Kushiel's Dart) are pretty much about sado/masochism, among other things.A lot of my friends are really into them; they don't do as much for me because I'm way more into D/s than S/M, and the character in the book is a "pure" masochist -- she was cursed from birth to feel pleasure and pain as the same.
I love myself, I want you to love me
When I feel down I want you above me
I search myself, I want you to find me
I forget myself, I want you to remind me.
-- the DeVinyls, "I Touch Myself"
Edgar RIce Burroughs wrote several series. The Mars books and the Venus books all have serious slavery and bdsm undertones. John Norman was heavily influenced by the Burroughs books when he started writing the Gor series.

To my darling Lady. It is your happiness that I seek more than anything else. To see you happy is reward enough. I Love you.

Laurel K. Hamilton has 2 series: Anita Blake vampire hunter, and Merry Gentry Faery Princes. Both series have very strong BDSM flavour.
Maybe they know what I know, that the true way to a man’s heart is six inches of metal between his ribs. Sometimes four inches will do the job, but to be really sure, I like to have six. Funny how phallic objects are always more useful the bigger they are. Anyone who tells you size doesn’t matter has been seeing too many small knives. LKH Narcissus in Chains
