However the whole tail thing realy does not work well in real life. When your slave is on hands and knees I supose it works ok but when they are standing like in ponygirl mode the anal orifice is striaght down so the tail does not have the right orintation to look corect. It just hangs and looks all wrong.

I think it works better in fantasy than in realality.

But a pic would still be greatly apreciated.

Moby, just to be clear, we don't actually 'do' the whole pony girl thing, being as neither of us are into it. The tail is for humil purposes only...and take it from me, it works real well, standing, kneeling, lying down...it's more a case of knowing it's there (for me anyway) than the pure aesthetics of it, you'd have to have WW about the latter.
