I wake up this morning with a really, really sore arse. The annoying thing is, no Domme has been anywhere near it!
Its like getting the hangover without having a drink!
Thats the last time I do any exercise...

Ah, I see... these are the secrets that women are keeping from men. Secrets about thier gluteal muscles![]()
Why do you think women like the ballet. Its those men in tights and their tight muscular behinds.![]()
Ballet men are strong.... having to lift even the smallest ballerina and hold her in a position for that long would test the strongest consititution...
Trampolining is good for leg and arse muscles as well, BTW... especially the calves. Its where I got my legs from (though not been on a trampoline for 10 years now...)
Possibly. To be honest I have no idea why it happened as I wasn't that energetic yesterday... but some stretches sorted it out in the end.
chuckles... not quite sure what to say to that dj

Men want: Symmetrical, large breasted, flat bellied, young.
Equals: good genes, food, not pregnant, won't die.
Women: Muscles (especially tight round buns ???), status and resources (money)
Equals: good genes, safe haven (especially during pregnancy), status
It's all about the genes.....

Well, most of that is not all about genes as it is all environmental. But maybe that shows how screwed up our priorities are in the modern age.![]()
Unfortunately sardis is right. It is an evolutionary adaption and not just modern man. The same holds true for the apes.
Males are attracted to females that have characteristics indicating the are fertile and capable of producing and raising healthy offsring - i.e. healthy, young, women with large breasts for feeding and wide hips for bearing.
Females are attracted to males who are capable of engendering children and providing for and protecting them as they grow. Muscles means strength to protect, round butt = strength to fuck, status means ability to protect and access to resources means ability to provide. So in modern terms, muscular older men with status and money.
*Is gettin' all hot and bothered from this talk about muscular men.*

Take heart. Most people know where they rank on the desireability chart and if you dont go for someone higher up than you, you will probably be successful.
As cold as that sounds, i think it's true. Most people have a sense of when they're "out of their league." But to contradict that, it's not all about looks. I find that the more I like someone's personality, the better they look to me. Conversely, the worse I find a person's personality, the less I find them attractive. That's proven true for me so many times that I don't even bother questioning it anymore.
Although I must say, there are those pretty boys that I would like to get my hands on occasionally... or rather, I would like to have their hands on me..![]()
Life is a never-ending lesson in humility
Its all about personality. You can find someone sexy in a photograph but really uninspiring in real life. Alternatively, a photo can not turn you on but talking to the person can.
Often looks act as an initial screening process, sort of like reading someone's CV. So you reject out of hand those you don't find attractive initially. However, the true test comes in conversation - the interview process.
Sorry, been applying for a lot of jobs lately... I keep thinking in recruitment metaphors.
One thing I always find offputting is a face which has no expression - which seems to be the purpose of a lot of make up. You can see a woman whose face does not seem to move at all (at the extreme ends, of course, this is caused by botox). I prefer the natural look, with all the flaws visible. Or at least make up applied skillfully - subtle shades to highlight things rather than masking all.
GAH! I HATE BOTOX! And so many women have completely screwed up their faces with plastic surgery. Take a look at Priscilla Presley - yuck! If she had let her face age naturally, she would be a beautiful 60-year-old woman. Instead, she looks like she's wearing a really scary Halloween mask. The sad truth is she's by far not the only one. The women who look like they've had strokes because they can't move their faces... one too many Botox parties i think. I just want to say sweetie, you're not fooling *anybody!*
Make-up is supposed to *accent* the positive features of the face and disguise the flaws, but the way some women put it on is a travesty. They look like you could chisel it off their faces, but i'd be worried about seeing what's underneath if they feel the need to use that much!
As you can probably tell, i much prefer a natural look. Some eyeliner/mascara, maybe some light shadow, and some lip color looks pretty good. Personally, i rarely bother with any of it unless i'm going for a job interview, and i'm lucky because i can get away with not using anything more than chapstick. I think it's partly a confidence thing, too - some women want to cover up certain flaws, and i do understand that. Expertly/well-applied make-up is definitely an art, but it's an art where less is more, i think. If it's obvious/you can see it, it's too much.
I'm realizing i have gone completely off topic with my little anti-beauty industry tangent... sorry guys.
Life is a never-ending lesson in humility
True... and I am not sure which is worse - those in their 40-60s who layer it on so much they actually end up looking older because of it or 14-30 year olds who layer it on so much they look expressionless. Someone needs to educate young women that they do not need make up for everyday use until they are at least 30!
But that is just a personal rant of mine...
On the subject of exercise again... I am not going to mention the groin strain I seem to have picked up this weekend...![]()
.... i once got a charlie horse during sex somehow.. my ex was so into doing his thing he thought i was praising him thru cursing + trying to get away. i even hit him upside his head + he stil didnt get it. and the more i struggled to get away from him the worse the cramp got.. finally i rolled us over, with my good leg, so i was on top. then for payback i got off him and punched him in the jimmy. . while he was almost in tears i acted oblivious and tried to keep being sexy to him.. he didnt find the humor.. we broke up i thnk later that week and thats kinda my first step into dom-dome. all because of a strained muscle and a stupid man. .![]()
do geese see god?
LOL. I think there are many of us who have stories like that one...![]()
