ID is a wise man with some very good advice. Too many times people are rushed to the ER to have something extracted that gets lost. Whatever you use, make sure it can easily be extracted.

threading a string through something isn't a bad idea, either, as the object can be readily pulled out...but would probably not work with something as soft as a grape of cherry..

whatever you do...think before you do it....and be safe.
