I love the shaved look, personally; it's clean, it's easily accessed, it's inviting, it feels better against the cheeks, and it's innocent while at the same time completely slutty. There's nothing quite so horrid as a mouthful of hairs while feasting on one's partner.

However, in the face of reality (rashes, stubble, breakouts, and all that) I've come to like the trimmed look more and more, and voted on that. I've also seen a few examples of artfully trimmed areas (with hearts, thin strips, etc) that have been very sexy.
