In some of the better stories I've read, the MaleTop doesn't initially get the FemaleBottom to orgasm... it takes prolonged sexual stimulation, and we get to understand her body's surrender sometimes from her point of view, sometimes even from the Male view.

I suspect that most writers-- and most readers-- like that all the walls come down eventually in a M/f sexual encounter, and include that event as a small milestone in the change that occurs in the characters...

The male orgasm is pretty much a lock in those stories. but the female orgasm is usually the carrot at the end of the stick (at least, for me). On the other side in Domination, the f in M/f often has her right to release herself into orgasm revoked by her Master.

I have similar issues with Size, where a woman gushes into orgasm because the penis involved is 12 inches.. or bigger... and thick as a wrist, instead of because her clitoris is stimulated properly and she is psychologically at the point of release. There's a limit to what the body stretches to...
