As for stakes, one of the benefits to being a professional Rennie is access to allot of camping gear, including the extra stakes for the pavilion.... they are 2 foot long made out of 1/2 in square stock iron. When they are sunk, they have held out paviloin up in 75 mile an hour winds when we did a fair off the coast of lake Michigan.

Besides, out here, i don't think bears is what i would be worried about... i think i would worry more about wolverens.... and not the furry kind
