Hello kelli, and yes this one can be wallplugged or battery operated. What it cant is to be remote operated, but for that purpose I use an old Nokia 6210 cell pone model, which I plug into my slaves cunt when , i e. she is shopping... From my car in the parking lot, I call her when I see she is in the paying line, the phone stats vibrating and sounding quite high... she starts "looking" for it in her bag, red-faced, as all the pwople in the line watch...
