try Enslaved by Reine Woods. It's not exactly as you described it, but, as for the meeting in a restaurant, stripping down, and being driven to a Dom's residence, it's pretty damn close. Also, this is one of my alltime favorite stories that I've found on the site so, I'd love to see that other people were discovering it.

I really thought I had downloaded it from this (or a similar) site, however, when I was over at Elloras's Cave I found a recently updated version of the story. Its "Pleasure to Train" by Julian Masters (formerly known as Sir Julian)...a new copy is being sent to me as I type this!
