Just kidding Ruby. I appreciate the way you are making me stretch beyond my comfort zone and showing me that I am a better writer that my creative writing teachers ever saw. If only more teachers were like you, I would have been here long ago.

Thank you, Rhabbi. I was just bragging to Mad in a PM that you and I were making huge progress. At the rate you are moving along, you'll be ready for him soon.

Tessa, what's keeping you from joining us?
Have you passed level two and need clearance?
I don't have the supermod powers needed to let you in the level.

All, to address the toughness of level 3, since I've been the instructor, no one's made it to level 4.

Why? Perhaps as Rhabbi and anonymouse are experiencing, the assignments are difficult and take the students into new areas of style, tense and adventure. Or perhaps, the willingness to continue diminishes when the going gets rough. Hmmmm. Something to ponder.

“Tenacity is a pretty fair substitute for bravery, and the best form of tenacity I know is expressed in a Danish fur trapper's principle, "The next mile is the only one a person really has to make."”
-- Eric Sevareid (American Journalist, 1912-1992)

Which roughly translates to, "Take your assignments one at a time and go for it!"

Looking forward to more students joining level 3 and then passing them along to the mad one.
