Since I’ve been introduced to Anita Blake books, weres just floated to the top of my list. As a matter of a fact I am deeply in love with Nathaniel and painfully hopeful that next books come out soon, oh so very soon!
Laurell manages to include and mix all of the exotic turn-ons so successfully (IMO) that it is hard to find the separation line and decide what is most exciting.
The reason I choose were-people is because they are still humans with the animal within, something dangerous and potentially uncontrollable *shivers*
