Ok so you did not contact your master and you diobeyed a request so he deems you worthy or a punishment.

The best thing I can suggest here is for him to find something you really enjoy doing and that you do quite often and then ban you from doing that activity for a period of time?

And to make sure you are carrying out the tasks you should be made to text message him telling him how much you worship him at the same time each morning!
