I'm definately into it for the pleasure. I self-inflict because I don't have a willing partner. And while sex with him is "nice", all that lovey dovey sweet stuff of chick flics, it's not like when there's some pain involved. I personally haven't gotten turned on when in pain unrelated to sex (ear infection, sprained ankle), but when related to sex, it's not just the sexual organs that need to be targeted. Pain from restraint or discipline is just as exciting. A healthy dose of imagination doesn't hurt either
