Does anyone else find it odd that, in our very own Mr. Dean's absence, the Caribbean is menaced by HURRICANE DEAN. Rather strange timing? Makes one go, "hhhhhhmmmmmmm."

There is such a thing as coincidence, although this does begger the term.
