Defeating bad habits

I've had some luck with my wife's habit of biting her nails...

My Dom is helping quit this habit, I have my bad days when I'm stressed. It is helping, I can put on nail polish, make them all pretty for him - and run them down his back

I also have the procrastination problem, he's helping with that too.

I'm such a mess *giggle* But having a Domly one helps a lot.
