What do you define it as? Any time when you are enfolded in the others' arms, each the others' arms. It can be standing (albeit this is somewhat too brief in my estimation,) sitting, or lying side by side.

Does it have to lead to something else? No... and often it follows 'something else'... a scene or sex, but doesn't have to either.

How much snuggle time do you feel is important? That's totally dependent on the two people and the circumstances that led to the feelings of affection that prompted it.

Do you enjoy it? Absolutely!

Do you feel it's importance is gender based? No, though I think a lot of women have been "taught" that it is... and that men somehow as less inclined to want it. By the same token... the converse is true as well.

Do you feel it's importance is role (Dom/Sub) based? I would offer the same answer. Just substitute Dom/me and sub for men and women respectively in the previous answer.
