Here's an idea, instead of making her expose herself to the general and non consenting public, how about trusted friends or buddies in the scene? Preferably people she doesn't know yet or that she hasn't been exposed in front of.

Set up a scenario she doesn't expect that will seem public to her. Say, blowing you in a secluded parking lot then have your buddies there to watch, but she doesn't know that. When she looks up she sees people watching. Ooh! Now that could be humiliating don't you think?

As long as the other people consent its all good.
