Thinking of joining

Hi. I've been thinking about requesting to join level 1 for a little while.

I'd like to be able to write some of my fantasies, but all I've really done over the years is jot down some notes and maybe sketch them out a bit.

Some of them are fairly outlandish. My main kink is extremely prolonged orgasm denial, and I run a discussion website on the subject. As such, it would be the main focus of my stories.

I like to think my written communication skills are probably above average for an IT guy. But as I said, I've only ever written short scenes. I know that my huge weaknesses are plot, character development and dialogue. I also have a tendency to try to "paint" with words. I overuse adjectives, adverbs and commas, which many writing books suggest lead to weak writing. Maybe that's sometimes appropriate in these stories, though.

Anyway, I'm not sure what to expect in the way of assignments or workload here and don't wish to waste anyone's time if it turns out that I'm not really up to it. On the other hand, I'll probably never get anywhere if I don't at least attempt to make a start.

So, I guess I'm asking to join, and I'll try to not disappoint.
