I voted equal parts, but in truth it depends on my mood, although I tend to prefer a good mix most times.

All humping and bumping is as boring as all silly chatter and over narrating in a story, a balance needs to be struck I find.

My own stories do have a lot more narrative than is healthy at times, but I try to make it paint a picture as well as inform the reader of what's going on.
When I come to the sex acts themselves I do turn a bit lewd with it, not much mention of, breasts, vagina, or penis, it's all tits, cunt, and cock, I have been critisised for this lewdness elsewhere.

I like to include as much dialogue as narrative, sometimes more chat that rabbit as it were.

I have written two stories, (not posted here yet), that have no narrative at all.
The whole thing is told in the words of the characters as the tale goes on, it's bloody difficult especially portraying sex scenes with just the words of the characters without being able to tell the reader what's going on.
