I like the post in general.. but i can't agree whole heartedly with this bit.. there are known molds that can grow INTO concrete. i'm not just correcting you to be an arse (pun intended) but would seriously suggest that subs with penicillin allergies avoid mouldy ginger.. could be dangerous. for the rest of us no need to worry
