About the only place I have heard of which is anything like this would be the Other World Kingdom but that is Fem Dom and in the middle of Europe somewhere.

It sounds like the stuff of BDSM fantasy so I do hope that these places do exist and that they are run well If anyone does set one up, I'd consider it.
