i do yoga, i dance, i run, i do circuit training, i practice tantric meditaions, i do lots of isometrics and i do positional focusing excersises (i practice holding the positions expected of me ) on a regular basis, sometimes for much longer than i am ever required to hold them during his use of me. basically if yu expect to run a mile for the track meet,, you train to run for far more, of course all that goes out the window when your owner wants to push yu to the limits and beyond sometimes
