mussel strength is very important with ben wa balls. If she has not worn them before and doesn't have good mussel tone they will fall out....so have her wear panties..........lol....just in case...

or maybe try them around the house for awhile....

I too have the smart balls. They are a bit bigger and have an inner ball that rolls around inside a larger ball....I have used them for several hours at a time with no problems....
