new uniform- a question about shoes

Mistress has ordered me a maid's uniform. At first I thought it was only going to be worn once at a Halloween party that she and one of her friends are hosting (I'm both guest and "the help"), but now she has informed me that I'll be having uniformed maid duties around the house as well.

I've been tasked with going out and buying a pair of black stockings and "sensible" black shoes to complete the uniform. What exactly does "sensible" mean? Flats? Low heel? Does anyone have any tips for a man buying women's shoes for himself?

If you're really to do maids duties and the emphasies is on doing the chores and not on wearing the dress, then i'd go for the low heels.
And i would definitely not go and buy them in a fancy shoe store, but in a store where "normal" housewifes buy their "normal" everyday shoes.

However, i think if i were your Mistress, i wouldn't want to miss watching you buying those shoes. And of course you had to try them on before you buy them

I think the experience is going to be about doing the chores while wearing the dress. Mistress allowed me to try the whole ensemble on, and it all fits surprisingly well. The tights are, well, a little tight, but I guess that's to be expected.

What the shoes lack in flair, they make up for in comfort. They're called Naturalizers; maybe you have heard of them.

I am afraid that I am going to have to wax my chest (yikes), as teh dress shows to much hair.

They have new gentle cucumber formula. I nair my bikini area. Its pretty nice. No bumps at all

Well if it's a French maid uniform, anything else than high heels if it's a more plain uniform a low heel can be accepted.

Else it sounds like you can be happy, having such a good Mistress

Oak, mistress and i agree completely. It's a very plain maid uniform (nothing french or sexy about it) and i will actually be working at the party, so we went with the low heel.

i must say, the completed uniform is pretty cool, not sexy in a traditional sense, but i'm going to get so aroused serving Mistress and her friends while wearing it.

Silus, thanks for the input. The shoes i ended up with seem to have lots of arch support (they are a brand called Naturalizers). In fact, save for being a bit narrow they may be more comfortable than the shoes I usually wear.

Be careful and test a small spot first I used the cucumber formula, I dont have sensitive skin and I ended up with a nasty reaction.
I would stick with the waxing, I used Nads and loved it. I have a male friend who lost a bet and I ended up waxing his chest for him (non sexual) and he said it wasnt too bad.
