Often with the extra parts men have as well as the curves its hard to wear most of the cuts of womans underwear. Thongs can be uncomfortable and lead to your package shifting to one side and being "cut". Bikinis can be weighed down and slip and give you a constant urge to pull them up. Hi cut briefs can be good but there is the problem that mens waists are often lower than a womans so it looks really sloppy. Also JUST SAY NO to granny panties. Unless that is your thing of course :P

So whats left?? IMO the best thing for a lovely sissy maid to wear is a pair of tight, boycut/hipster underwear. Personally I prefer lacy like these.
