I've actually been thinking of this, and it's interesting because I have no idea if I do it or not. I know that I orgasm, and I know that there's lots of wet afterwords, but I have no idea if it's ejaculate or just my body self-lubricating- in other words, I don't know if it came out before, durring, or after.

The reason this is hard to test is my method of masturbation, which probably resulted from early experiments with bondage: I squeeze my thighs together. I've read that the woman who prefers this method, and can reliably orgasm by it, is rare. Anyway, during the entire process, the area is completely closed off- no access allowed. So I can't know if the "humidity levels" suddenly increase at any time.

If anyone can think of a way I can test this, let me know.
