You know how electronics react in some way when a cell phone receives a text or email? (like my speakers on the computer or tv make a sort of 'dit dit dit ditttt' sound)

If they could somehow manage to get discrete vibrating toys to react to any signal nearby... that would be amazing. You would literally never know when it was going to happen, especially if you were in an office full of people with cell phones
