I just finished a task at the academy last month that had LOTS of daily routines in them, and frankly - it's been quite challenging to stick to those for a longer time period. Examples were -

-masturbating for a certain time every two hours
-wearing a butt plug daily for a fixed time interval
-a certain dress code...for males it could be wearing woman's panties, being naked while at home etc...
-body writing that I found really challenging and fun...writing something personal/humiliating/your Mistress' name...on the palm of your hand.

other stuff that I think is cool...
-shaving and masturbating to the edge of orgasm in the shower each morning
-sleeping cuffed or otherwise restrained
-not being allowed to touch sexually unless getting explicit permission to do so
