what really pisses me off and my Master is when we send a befriend quest to other members some members reply on the same day to except the request but other members dont even bother to answer back to say except or reject it does not take 5 minutes to do it also it is politeness also its like please and thank you it doesnt cost anything in being polite

Personally, I am hesitant to call complete strangers 'friend'. To me the word friend has a lot of meaning so if someone sends me a request and we haven't even had a conversation, I don't want to accept the request. Maybe you can try posting on their public messages saying you think they're cool because ______. People might be more willing to accept your request if you've talked to them a bit first.

You're right on target. If someone dosen't want me on their list just say so. I'm a big boy. I can handle it. But just have the class to at least respond.

I agree. It hurts more just being ignored than being refused. If you receive a request from someone you don't recognize just send them a message letting them know you don't accept the requests from people you don't know. That is more helpful than hurtful.

thank you all for your replies i am glad that a few people agree with me what BELOVEDPET said though i mostly send private messages to them telling them who i am where i live explain to them that i do have a Master who is also my partner and hope to chat with them in the lobby sometime etc etc then i tell them that i have sent them a befriend quest and hope that they will except it as i said earlier on some members do reply very quickly and say yes other members you dont that is what i call very impolite and very rude as it does not cost you anything to say please or thank you or no thank you now does it and now to WERBORED i would love to be your friend will send a befriend quest to you and many thanks

I think the term friend is strange for a nebulous internet connection as some people do seem to add friend at the drop of the hat. Though I do agree a short simple reply is not to much to ask to explain a rebuff.
