The thunder rocked the house, eluminating the room for a moment. She stood quietly in the middle of the room listening. The only sounds that could be heard was the rain beating on the window.
She knew what she was doing was wrong that she was being bad. But she couldn't help it.
She wanted it from the moment she saw them. They were exquistiy and so very rare. Something no one else owned. Something that would be hers alone.
Creeping quietly she knelt down to open the chess. She knew they would be here for she had scope at this place for weeks. There, there it was. Picking up the pouch she opened it and saw her prize.
She lifted the pearls out of the bag. Her fingers ran over each of their lustrous surface. They were smooth as she caress them over her cheek. They were unlike any pearls.
Black like midnight were their color, swirls of darkness. Each pearl was strung about three inches apart. There was no clasps at the end. Oh, no. These pearls had a different use than to be worn.
Suddenly there was a crash. She thought it was the lightening that had clap just a few seconds ago but no this sound came from behind her.
"Well, well, well. So you wanted to play after all," the man behind her chuckled.
Turning she saw it was the master. And from the savage look that was on his face she knew there would be no escape from her punishment.
