Oh I do see why there is confusion. You experience the enjoyment and satisfaction of being in control and exercising your will but also like the feeling of submitting yourself and being helpless at times. I just look upon that situation of desires that you might feel as conflicting and see it as more of an opportunity to experience both sides of the coin in unique ways that someone who leans solely to one side or the other would not quite be able to grasp.
